In the end, the biological dad was not interested, but several of his family members have made me quite welcome and I am happy to know that portion of my ancestry. Good luck to you!Melyssa Webbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01021195107528682262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3022063296597841903.post-49092780519859082492016-04-10T08:06:01.132-07:002016-04-10T08:06:01.132-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Melyssa Webbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01021195107528682262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3022063296597841903.post-26818520051350416382016-04-09T19:54:13.748-07:002016-04-09T19:54:13.748-07:00I've always been hesitant to get DNA testing b...I've always been hesitant to get DNA testing because my mother informed me that I am probably not my father's son. (They didn't marry until I was 13 months old but my dad was told I was his.) So that's a path I have not wanted to walk. But I'm becoming more convinced that I need to, and your blog post is helping me get up the courage to complete this question mark in my genealogy. My birth father's granddad is from Norway, so this lineage was new to me. My new found brother, however, has a greater percentage of Norwegian than I do. How the DNA scatters itself sure is a crap shoot. It totally fascinates me!Melyssa Webbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01021195107528682262noreply@blogger.com
